Terms & Legal Policy

These terms govern your use of the Prime Kreatives Facebook Page, Messenger, content, and services (client success, executive operations, reporting, SOPs, light automation). By messaging us, booking a call, or using our content, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Prime Kreatives - operated by Peter Brier Lee, Cebu City, Philippines. Email: prime.kreatives@gmail.com. We support founders and teams with client success, exec assistance, reports/dashboards, and workflow automation.

2. Services & engagement

• Free content (posts, audits, discovery calls) is general information, not a guarantee of results.
• Paid work starts only after a written proposal / agreement covering scope, timeline, and fees. Facebook messages alone do not create a service contract.
• Client must provide timely access, feedback, and accurate information. Delays on the client side may shift timelines.

3. Fees & payment

• Fees are quoted per proposal (project or retainer). Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days.
• Work pauses on overdue accounts. Rush or out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

4. Facebook Page rules

• Be respectful. We may hide or remove spam, scams, hate speech, or off-topic promotions, and block repeat offenders - per Facebook Community Standards.
• Do not post others' personal data, credentials, or confidential business data in public comments. Use Messenger or email.
• Giveaways/audits: "Comment AUDIT" and similar offers are fulfilled on a best-effort basis during business hours (Mon–Sat); no cash value.

5. Intellectual property

• Our posts, templates, frameworks, and branding remain ours. You may share our public posts via Facebook's Share button with credit.
• Do not copy, resell, or rebrand our paid deliverables/templates without written permission. Client deliverables include the usage rights stated in the proposal.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information shared in discovery and delivery as confidential and do not disclose it except to deliver the service or when required by law. Please do not send highly sensitive data (passwords, full card numbers) over Messenger.

7. Disclaimers

• Content and free reviews are for information only - not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Get a licensed professional for those.
• Automations and dashboards depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Zapier, etc.). We are not responsible for their outages, API changes, or policy changes, but we will help adapt where reasonable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits).

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement per the proposal terms (typically with written notice). Free follows/messages can be ended anytime by unfollowing or requesting deletion of your inquiry data (see Privacy Policy).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith discussion/mediation in Cebu City before any formal proceedings.
