Privacy Policy

Prime Kreatives (run by Peter Brier Lee, Cebu City, Philippines) provides client success, executive operations, reporting, and light automation services. This policy explains what we collect when you interact with our Facebook Page, Messenger, lead forms, and website, and how we use it. It is written to comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and general principles of GDPR-style data protection for international clients.

1. Information we collect

• You give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, and anything you type in contact forms, discovery-call bookings, Messenger chats, comments, or emails.
• Automatic (via Facebook / website): page interactions, message metadata, and basic analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location). We do not run intrusive tracking pixels beyond Facebook's own Page Insights and standard site analytics.
• We do NOT ask for: passwords, government IDs, or payment card numbers over Messenger or Facebook comments. Never send those.

2. How we use it

• Reply to inquiries and deliver requested services (ops reviews, audits, reports, follow-ups).
• Book and manage discovery calls; send confirmations and reminders.
• Improve our services and page content (e.g., which posts are helpful).
• With your consent, send occasional service updates or offers. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or emailing us.

We never sell your personal information.

3. Facebook & third parties

When you message, comment, or submit a Facebook lead form, Meta (Facebook) also processes that data under its own Data Policy. We may use trusted processors only as needed: Google (Workspace/Calendar/Forms), scheduling tools, Notion/Sheets, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Apps Script) to deliver the service you asked for.

4. Legal basis & consent

We process data because you asked us to (inquiry/contract), because you consented (forms, Messenger opt-ins), or for our legitimate interest in running and improving a small service business. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months; client project records up to 5 years for business/tax purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Backups may persist briefly after deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to marketing. Email prime.kreatives@gmail.com with subject "Privacy Request". We respond within a reasonable time (target: 15 days). PH residents may also contact the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if unresolved.

7. Children

Our services are for business clients (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards (limited access, secure accounts, least-privilege sharing). No method is 100% secure; please avoid sending sensitive data via public comments - use Messenger, email, or the booking form instead.

9. Changes

We post updates on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted on our Facebook Page.
